About the Position

On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an industrial electrician for a well-established production facility in Degerfors. You will be part of an electrical maintenance team responsible for ensuring a safe and reliable production environment. The position offers a varied daily routine with both urgent interventions and long-term improvement work. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers in electrical and automation, providing great opportunities for learning and professional development. Responsibilities

As an industrial electrician, you will play an important role in both solving urgent problems and preventing future downtime. You will work in a team but also take your own initiatives to improve routines and processes. Your tasks will include:

• Performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
• Working on improvements in electrical maintenance for increased reliability
• Participating in safety work and contributing to a safe working environment
• Being involved in investment and renovation projects
• Using the maintenance system Maximo
• Supporting other functions as needed, such as emergency shifts and lifting groups

Your Profile

You are a solution-oriented and responsible person who enjoys technology and problem-solving. You have an interest in developing and want to make an impact. We prefer that you have:

• High school education in electrical, automation, industry, or similar
• Previous experience in an industrial environment or electrical installations
• The ability to work structured and independently
• An interest in troubleshooting – many in the team find this to be the most enjoyable part of the job!

Meritorious:

• Experience in troubleshooting production equipment
• Forklift license and/or PLC knowledge
• Process understanding, preferably from furnace or heavy industry
• Previous work with maintenance systems
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
